For $1 each, you may sample Barbeque Cook-Off competitors’ dishes that historically have included gumbo, tacos, and wings – but no barbeque! Celebrity judges will sample entries and pick a winner prior to sales to the public. Sales start at 6:30 and continue until they run out. Vote for your favorite entry to receive the People’s Choice award. Awards are presented Friday evening.
